Privacy Policy

Account information. Your name, customer ID, user ID, email address, phone number, and account category. These are provided by you or created by us when your account is set up.

Authentication data. Credentials used to sign in to your account.

Shipment data. Orders, containers, shipment status, dates, and associated documents connected to your account.

Notification identifiers. If you enable notifications, we store a push identifier for your device: a web push subscription endpoint in browsers, or a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) registration token in the Android and iOS apps, along with the platform name. These identify an app installation and are linked to your account to deliver notifications you have opted into.

Usage information. Pages viewed within the Service, event types, timestamps, and your browser or device user-agent string. We use this to understand how the Service is used and to support your account.

We do not collect payment card details, precise location, contacts, photos, or biometric data.

• To provide the Service and show you your shipment information
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure
• To send notifications about shipment and order updates
• To communicate with you about your account, including by email, SMS, or WhatsApp
• To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the Service

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Notifications are optional. The app asks for your permission before sending any, and you can revoke that permission at any time in your device or browser settings. If you revoke it, we stop delivering notifications; identifiers that are no longer valid are automatically deleted from our systems.

We share information with providers who process it only on our behalf, to run the Service:

• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivering notifications to the Android and iOS apps
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) — delivering notifications to the iOS app
• Vercel — application hosting
• Neon — database hosting
• Email, SMS, and WhatsApp providers — sending account and shipment communications

We do not otherwise share, rent, or sell your information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We keep account and shipment records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. Notification identifiers are removed as soon as they become invalid or when you disable notifications. Usage records are kept only for as long as they remain useful for supporting and improving the Service.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access restricted to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within the period required by applicable law. Because accounts are issued by us, deleting your account may end your access to the Service.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the data protection laws that apply to you.

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, and the “last updated” date above will change.
